Please create the ability to "lasso" or group elements so that they can be moved together. When you have a complex workflow and you decide to build in another section, it is either too difficult to rearrange, or the visual is too difficult to understand if you don't move things around.

    Hi Susan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the Approval Workflow Builder or the Form Builder? Can you provide more details about what you’re trying to move?

In the Form Builder, you can select multiple elements and move them to a different location on the form.

If possible, share a screenshot of the elements you want to move together so we can check it. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

    Hi Jan -

I'm referring to the Approval Workflow Builder. I think that request is still valid, but since I sent it I accidentally discovered that if I hold down the Control key, I can move a few elements at the same time. Not sure if I missed that in all the training videos or if it's not covered anywhere. Either way, I'm set for now. Thanks!!
