The Continue button isn't working on my form

The job application form is being completed on the website but not coming in to me once completed. The continue button when selected grays out the page and it doesn't go any further.

Can you share with us the link to the page where the form is embedded so we can check on it? Also, if you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Thanks for providing your website so we can take a look. I noticed you've embedded the form DLB HEALTH HOME SERVICES EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION. When I checked your form, I noticed that the Submit button is renamed as a continue button, so it's not working properly. As a suggestion, I'd recommend you use the Form Tab feature to best present your form. It's quite easy to do that. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, open on the Add Form Element menu. 
2. Click on the Widgets tab and add a Form Tab to your form.
3. Now, under the Basic tab, drag and drop a Page Break to your form. 

Page Breaks show where your tab will end. The number of Page Breaks should be 1 less than the number of tabs. So, if you want to have 2 tabs, then you’ll need 1 Page Break. The other Page Break is automatically added at the end of the form.

Your form will look like the one below:
