Hello team,
Thank you for your service, i faced an issue with my form, i tried to upload the logo miultible times with changing by PNG or JPEG & the size is not big but it doesn't reflect on my form, i need ypur support please

Hi Rama,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned your form 252189166783065 and uploaded a logo, I didn't face any difficulty. The logo was uploaded successfully. I've included a screencast of my results below.
- Try after clearing your browser cache.
- Try on an Incognito/Private window of the browser.
- Try on a different browser.
- If possible, try using a different ISP (Internet connection).
To help us investigate it further, could you please share a bit more information.
- A screen recording showing the exact steps you're taking to replicate this difficulty.
- Share with us the file that you're trying to use as a logo on your form. You can upload the file to your Google Drive and share a public link to the file here in this thread, so we can access it easily.
- Can we try to upload the logo directly on your form to see if we can replicate the difficulty?
