Airtable Integration: Matching Field Issue

The Jotform fields are not populating correctly during integration, as shown below. I previously downloaded an Excel file and uploaded it to Jotform, and now I want to ensure that all data is properly synced when a new submission is made. I would greatly appreciate your assistance with resolving this issue!

    Hi barryce,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When integrating your form with Airtable, it’s important to ensure that the field types in your Airtable base match the corresponding form fields in Jotform. Mismatched field types between Airtable and form fields won't allow you to match the fields. For example, if you have a multiple-choice element added to your form, you need to add multiple select from your Airtable field type.

    This is super helpful—thank you!

I'm still having trouble getting the Date of Birth field to show up on the Jotform side. Actually, it seems like none of the date fields (besides submission date) are syncing properly from the form to Airtable. They're all formatted as MMDDYYYY in both places, so I'm not sure what's causing the disconnect.

    Hi barryce,

Can you confirm if you meant you're having trouble matching the date fields in your form to Airtable? I checked your form and saw that the date fields are widgets. Note that widgets cannot be used to match in Airtable. Use the Date Picker element instead:

You should then be able to match it with Airtable:
