How can I add this pop-up box next to a question?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to Hover Text? If so, you can add a Hover text to a field. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Gear icon on the right-hand side of the Short Text field (or any other field) to open its Properties panel.
2. In the panel that appears on the right, go to the Advanced tab.
3. In the Hover Text Section, type the text you'd like to appear next to your field.
