    Hi,

Why do we sometimes receive an email from noreply@formresponse.com and sometimes noreply@jotform.com.

How do I ensure that this is the same across the board?

    Thanks!

    Hi Dominique,

I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

You sometimes receive emails from noreply@formresponse.com and sometimes from noreply@jotform.com because these are both default sender emails used by Jotform for notifications. To ensure consistency, you can set a specific sender email in your form's notification settings or use your own email server by setting up SMTP.

Here’s how to make the sender email consistent:

    1. Go to your form's Settings tab.
    2. Click on the Emails section.
    3. Edit your Notification Email and under the Advanced tab, select your preferred sender email from the dropdown or set up SMTP to use your own email address.

This will make sure all notification emails come from the same sender address.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Dominique,

The email addresses, noreply@formresponse.com and noreply@jotform.com, are both Jotform's default sender email. You can know more about it here on Jotform Default Email List. If you want to use only one sender email, you can set up your own in your account settings. You can follow this guide on How to Set Up a Custom Sender Email with SMTP.
