Can I check the bounce list for another user?

As the administrator of the GSGATL (marcomm@gsgatl.org) paid account, shouldn't I be able to check email addresses against the Bounce List?

This feature is grayed out for me.

Please fix or explain why I don't have access to it.

As the administrator of a paid Jotform account, you should be able to check email addresses against the Bounce List. However, this feature may be grayed out if you do not have the necessary permissions or if the email address you are trying to check is not your own account email.

Only your own account email address can be checked and removed from the bounce list directly. For other email addresses, assistance from Jotform Support is required.
