    Hi Katelyn,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Currently, Jotform does not have a built-in feature to add a "Confirm Receipt" button in the emails sent to vendors that notifies you when they click it. However, you can consider these alternatives:

    • Include a link in the email that directs vendors to a simple confirmation form where they can submit their acknowledgment. You will receive the submission as a confirmation.
    • Use Jotform Tables with a Send Email Action Button to manually track and follow up on confirmations.
    • Set up email notifications and autoresponders to ensure emails are sent correctly and check spam filters for delivery issues.

These methods can help you track confirmations more effectively and reduce calls about missing emails.

Let us know if you want guidance on setting up any of these options.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Katelyn,

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
