Need help to apply for Non-Profit discount

hello I have recently paid a subscription but would like to apply the non for profit discount , I have tried online with no success as I just keep going in circles.

how can I upload our documents to prove we are non for profit? can you help please

To request a refund for your latest invoice, just fill out our Refund Request form. And our relevant team will email you once they've had a chance to look into it.

And once the refund is confirmed, you can apply for a non-profit discount on this website. Also, click the “Get Started” button next to the plan you want to buy; you'll be routed to a form where you can upload the documents needed.
