Hi there,
I have a form for Student Matinee Registration set up and the numbers have glitched and are allowing more individuals than we have allowed for to submit. I need this fixed ASAP.
The numbers should be:
Step Afrika :1100 Max
La Santa Cecilia: 1100 Max
360 Allstars: 1213 Max
Hero: 1100 Max
Cirque: 1100 Max
Please help ASAP.

Hi there,
I believe I have fixed this by marking those that are sold out with 0 occupancy left. It was previously just showing the quantity that it was originally set at, even though three shows at sold out.
If there is a way of preventing this in the future, I would appreciate!

Hi Bethany,
It seems that the overbooking happened because the original quantity settings for your sold-out shows weren’t updated after reaching capacity, so the system still allowed new submissions. By setting the occupancy to 0 for those sold-out options, you’ve effectively blocked further registrations for them, which should prevent additional over-bookings moving forward. But if the same thing happened again, let us know, so we can investigate more on the issue.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
