Reports: Export total number of products based on sub options

Hello, good morning,

I created a JotForm for users to indicate the type of garment they need (size: small, medium, or large) in two categories: long sleeve and short sleeve.

The issue is that when I generate the report, it only shows the category (long sleeve or short sleeve) but does not display the selected sizes.

I need to get the total number of garments by size for each category. Could you please let me know how to configure this or export the report to include this information?

I need the report to display not only the main concept (for example: short-sleeve t-shirt or sweatshirt) but also the subcategories, which in this case are the sizes: S, M, L, and XL, along with the total number requested for each.

Currently, the report only shows the main concept (t-shirt or sweatshirt) without breaking it down by size.

Could you please let me know how to configure the form or the report so I can obtain this level of detail?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, it's not possible to generate a report with a breakdown up to the sub-options of the products sold, like size and type. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
