Not receiving form submission email notifications

    Hi there,

    Sometime after 7/29/25 myself and several other folks listed to receive submission notifications have not been receiving them. This is affecting multiple forms, but the ones I am aware of that have been impacted are within BXO forms:

    TCA Donation Request Form

    TCA Staff Comp Ticket Request Form

    Tempe Center for the Arts Marketing and Box Office Form


    Could you please assist? We have checked with our internal IT, and they are not being held or blocked for any reason.

    It appears that you and others have not been receiving submission email notifications for several forms since 7/29/25. Since your internal IT has confirmed that emails are not being blocked or held, here are some key points to check:

    • Verify the email notification recipients are correctly set in your form settings under Settings > Emails.
    • Check your spam or junk folders and mark Jotform emails as not spam.
    • Ensure your email address is not on Jotform's bounce list via your Account Settings.
    • Consider whitelisting Jotform's IP addresses and domains with your email provider to improve deliverability.

    Also, test your form by submitting a new entry to see if notifications are sent properly.

    Hi Tempe_Center,

    The reason you're not getting emails is that the email address, jivanta_pride-stensby@tempe.gov, you added in the Notification was added to the bounce list. For more details on why it was bounced, check the reason below:

    I removed it from the bounce list, so you should now receive email notifications again. To prevent this from happening again, we recommend setting up your SMTP as your sender email. This way, notifications will be sent from your SMTP server instead of Jotform’s. Let me walk you through setting it up:

    1. Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and click on Add Sender Email in the Sender Emails section.

    2. In the window that opens, select your Email provider and click on the Continue button. I used Custom SMTP in this example.

    3. Enter your email provider's details, click on Send Test Email to check if it’s set up correctly, and then click on Save.
