Scheduling Multiple Appointments with Google Calendar

Hi, I have integrated the appointment feature with a Gmail account for the purpose of sending calendar invites when an appointment is scheduled. Since I added that integration I am no longer able to schedule multiple appointments in the same time slot. Typically, we have about 3 appointments in the AM and 3 in the PM.

    Hi QOL,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Regarding your issue with scheduling multiple appointments in the same time slot after integrating the appointment feature with Gmail, currently, Jotform's Appointment field does not allow multiple bookings for the same time slot by default to prevent double bookings. This is part of the two-way sync feature that keeps your calendar and form availability in sync.

If you need to allow multiple appointments in the same time slot, a workaround is to add multiple appointment fields to your form and use conditions to show them only when users want to book additional appointments.

Let me know if you want detailed steps on how to set this up.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

No, this does not resolve the issue. The multiple appointments would be booked by different people.

    Hi LIQOL,

If you want to allow multiple people to book the same time slot and it will reflect on your Google Calendar, you can instead use the Google Calendar integration. Here's how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

    2. On the left side panel, click on Integrations and select Google Calendar.

    3. Select an action, connect your Google account, and configure the integration.

    4. Once that's done, just click on Save, and that's it.

Make sure in your Appointment element, you have already removed Google Calendar syncing and selected a Group Appointment Type:

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
