On my form, Kindergarten and 1st grade week 6 totals are not displaying. The form is adding properly.
I cloned this form from last week and unfortunately, the conditions changed. Thank you for your help

I am thinking it must be a condition related to Kindergarten/1st grade meals.

Hi Christine,
You can resolve the issue by setting the Clear Hidden Field Values option to Don't Clear. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar, click on Settings.
- On Form Settings, click on Show More Options.
- Scroll down to the Clear Hidden Field Values and select Clear When Hidden.
Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Hi,
Your written instruction says to clear when hidden, your video shows dont clear, I tried both, they did not help. Also, all my conditions changed when I did that. Grade in Fall for TK/K and 1st grade should only show pizza and deliousus delivery: no ft nor swimming.
Please clone with corrections, form is due now

I am so stressed.
I fixed the tk/k & 1st grade but Week 6 totals are still not showing up.

Hi Christine,
Apologies for the confusion. What I meant to suggest was the Don't Clear option. But, if that didn't resolve the issue, I tested the form using the Clear When Submitted setting, and in that case, the Week 6 totals appeared correctly on my end. If you're still experiencing the issue, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.

Hi Kendrick,
Is it possible for you to clone my form, make the changes and add it to my list of forms in jot form?
This form is past due and I have been working on it for awhile and am frustrated by it. I don't know how to use the suggested video recordings and don't have time today to figure it out.
I would appreciate it additional help today.

Hi Christine,
We’re unable to directly modify your forms or transfer them into your account on your behalf, as Jotform does not support making direct changes to user forms for security and privacy reasons. We did create cloned versions of your form for testing purposes, and in our testing, we were not able to replicate the issue you're experiencing.
Given your feedback and the troubleshooting steps already taken, one important setting to review is the Clear Hidden Field Values option. To ensure your calculations remain consistent and are not affected when certain fields are hidden, this setting should be configured to Don’t Clear. When set to Clear on Hide, hidden fields are reset automatically, which can lead to incorrect or missing calculated values.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

I have corrected the don't clear issue.
Now, it is doubling in the final total. I am sure this is my mistake as I was trying to fix the other issue.
Please advise.

I have successfully created 5 weeks of emails without a hitch. I cloned week 5, and now I have lots of problems. I suppose I need a company with more support as this is not easy for me. Any suggestions for a company can give more help?

Hi Christine,
When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, select your Final Total widget and click the Wand icon.
2. Remove the Plus sign at the formula like this:
3. Click the Save button. That's it.
Check out the screencast below to see how it works after:
Jotform doesn't provide custom form creation or designing services, but you're welcome to work with a third party who may be able to help you. You can check out our Jotform Solutions Partner Directory for a list of consultants who've asked to be included.

Thanks so much.
I fixed the issue with the + sign (removing it), but interestingly enough, mine is still not adding right. The 'total' field should be 22, I have gotten out of jotform and went back in, but it did not update.

Hi Christine,
I checked and see that the amount to be paid in is being passed from your Final Total Field:
Do you want to add the Service Fee? If yes, you need to bring down the Final Total here:
Then include Service Fee in the calculation:
Here is the result:
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
