Sub user account doesn't have the shared forms/ folders

when cornay.deklerk@planetfitness.co.za logs into her account she does not see all of the shared forms and folders.

please advise

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. There was a recent update where sub-users can no longer see shared folders under the Shared with me section. But, the forms themselves are still accessible. Your sub-users can view the shared forms by filtering from the Shared by filter at the top right of the page.Let us know if you have any other questions.
