Hello and Good Afternoon,
I am hoping to get some assistance on why my jot form account is loading very slowly and not loading some forms in general. I have cleared the cache on my browser, jot form account and have tried incognito browsers with no luck. I would just create new forms, but I can't remember everything I have typed out since this is used for a business/childcare center.
Any advice or support would be great!

- Clear your Jotform account form cache: Go to your My Workspace page, click your profile picture on the top-right, select Settings, then under Form Caches click Clear Cache. This can resolve slow loading or outdated form data issues.
- Check your internet connection: Ensure you have a stable and strong internet connection as network issues can cause slow loading.
- Review incomplete submissions: If you used Save and Continue Later, you can find drafts in Jotform Tables under Incomplete submissions. This might help recover some of your lost form data.
If the problem persists, it may be related to server or account-specific issues that require further investigation.

a few other things you can try.
- Try using a different device/computer or network to rule out any local issues.
- Make sure your browsers are fully updated.
- Try different browsers
If none of those work, a Jotform Support member can take a deeper look.
