Hi Mavis,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Let me help you with that:
To change your email address:
- Go to your My Workspace page and click your Profile Picture/Avatar at the top-right.
- Click your name to open your Account Page in a new tab.
- Click Edit next to your current email address.
- Enter your new email and click Save. You may need to verify the change via emails sent to your old and new addresses.
To change your password:
- Go to the Login page and select Forgot Password.
- Enter your username or email and click Send Reset Instructions.
- Check your email for the reset link and follow the instructions to create a new password.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
