I’ve attempted to login and it says invalid password. I request to reset password, but never get the reset password email.

Hi VeLecia,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the email address you used in creating this thread but it's not associated with a Jotform account. It is only a Guest account. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with a one-time login only. You can Sign Up for free to continue using Jotform. If you are referring to another Jotform account, can you share with us the email address of the account so we can check?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Will you please send me the forms that were completed using the QR code in the document I created in the guest account.? I’m unable to see them.

Hi VeLecia,
I checked again and I see you now have a Starter (Free) account, but it still doesn't have any forms in it. Can you confirm if you have created a form and have not received the submissions? Or did you fill up a form and you did not receive a confirmation email? If you have a copy of the form URL, can you share it with us so we can check? Did you also perhaps use another email address in filling up or creating the form? You can also share that with us so we can also check.
