I created a form, and one of the fields does not seem to work. Also, I have several general questions. I may need to move up to the paid version at some point, so need to talk about that.

No, the field that is not working is the Date of Birth field under the Registered Animals section. It is a calendar field that is not working. Also I want to understand how I send this to my customers, and how it is returned to me. Finally, I would like to understand given my intended when, and if, I will need to upgrade.

Hi Doug,
For the Date of Birth calendar field issue, please check if the field settings are correctly configured and that there are no conflicts with conditions or widgets. If the problem persists, try removing and re-adding the calendar field.
You can send your form to customers by sharing a direct link, embedding it on your website, or sending it via email. Responses are collected in your Jotform account and can be received by email notifications or viewed in Jotform Tables and Inbox.
Regarding upgrading, you may need to move to a paid plan if you require higher submission limits, more storage, or additional features. You can upgrade anytime from the Pricing page, and your new limits will apply immediately.
