Hi Rally,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can easily update your credit card information in just a few steps. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.
2. Go to Billing in the menu on the left, and click on the Manage Payment Methods button.
3. In the window that opens, click on Add New Payment Method.
4. Then, enter your credit card details, select the Set As Primary option and click on Add New Payment Method.
Your payment method is now updated. The most recent one will appear as Primary, while the previous one will be saved as a Backup Payment Method. Check the screenshot below to see how it should look:
You can also check out the How to Change and Manage Account Payment Methods guide for detailed information.
Let us know if you need any more help.

Hi Rally,
To assist you better, could you share a screenshot of the exact error message you see when you are redirected to the PayPal error page? This will help us perform a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution for you.
Looking forward to your response.

Hi Rally,
In order to change the payment method, the current subscription needs to be canceled, but it is active until October 18, 2025, and cannot be modified until then. If you'd like, we can downgrade your account now (note that no refund will be issued for the remaining time), and you can upgrade again using your new PayPal account.
Alternatively, we can cancel the subscription so it ends on October 18, and you’ll be able to resubscribe with the new PayPal account after that. You can also cancel the subscription on your end. Here's how:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.
2. Under the Billing tab on the left, and beside the My Plan section, click on Change Plan.
3. Now, click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
Then, you’ll see a pop-up window with extra information about the downgrade. Just follow the instructions to continue canceling your plan.
Let us know if you need any more help.
