Ai Form Assistant: Option to turn off feature that informs user the number of questions remaining

Is there a way to alleviate the agent informing the visitor the number of questions remaining? I have a lengthy form. However, my customers instinctively know this. Telling them how many questions are remaining makes it mentally cumbersome to many, and have been told this.

    Hi Pinky,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Currently, there is no direct option in Jotform to disable the agent from informing visitors about the number of questions remaining in a form. You might consider customizing the form experience or using conditional logic to simplify the form flow, but the specific feature to hide the question count from the agent's messages is not available.

Let me know if you want guidance on alternative ways to make your form less mentally cumbersome for your customers.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Pinky,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Like our AI assistant mentioned, there’s no way to turn that feature off right now. When you link a form to your AI Agent, it’ll let the user know how many questions are left while they’re filling it out through chat.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

It's not very intuitive. It's a bot. Not AI. AI learn. Bots do not. Can't go calling everything AI simply because you feel like it.

    Hi Pinky,

Currently, the AI Agent uses natural language processing and adaptive logic, following trained models and programmed rules to interpret user inputs and guide them through the form, which is why we refer to it as an AI-powered tool. I understand your concern and will forward your comment to the escalated feature request ticket, so the development team has the full context.

That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
