  • This is the beginning of the Performance Review Self Assessment, Please review the following competencies and rate your self during the last year.

    There will be a five point rating scale for performance assessment.

    SBT (significantly below target) performance is almost always below expectations
    BT (below target) performance is frequently below expectations
    OT (on target) performance consistently meets expectations
    AT (above target) performance is frequently above expectations
    SAT (significantly above target) performance is almost always above expectations 

    Your Manager will discuss your self-ratings with you before approving your final ratings.

    How to calculate the final rating:

    Final Performance Review Rating should be done by the manager only after having the dicsussion with the employee.

    Sum all your ratings and divide it by 6 to get the final rate then use the below rating scale to post the Final review Rating.

    Rating scale: (1 to 1.99 = Significantly Below Target, 2 to 2.99 = Below Target, 3 to 3.99 = On Target, 4 to 4.4 = Above Target, 4.4 to 5 = Significantly Above Target)

    e. (3+4+3+3+4+2)=19 , 19/6=3.1 so the final rating is On Target (OT)
