PDF Layout Adjustment Guidance
Follow these steps to include your new form field in the PDF layout.
1. In the Form Builder interface, locate the 'More' menu at the top right or find the 'PDF Editor' option and click on it.
2. The PDF Editor will open, displaying the current layout of your form's PDF submissions.
3. Look carefully for the field labeled 'Would you like annual reminders to perform lab testing?'. New fields often appear at the top or within a green highlighted box.
4. If the field is not visible, try dragging it from the list of form fields on the left side into the PDF layout area.
5. Adjust the position and size of the field within the PDF layout to ensure it fits nicely and is clearly visible.
6. Save your changes in the PDF Editor to apply the updates.
After completing these steps, download a submission PDF again to verify that the new field appears correctly.
