Media and Promotional Use Waiver - Conference Participant As a participant in the of the First Nations Trade Sovereignty Conference, I acknowledge and agree to the following: I hereby grant permission to the Samson Cree Nation (SCN) and its authorized representatives to photograph and video record and otherwise capture my image during the event. This includes any media captured in which I may appear, whether in group settings or individually. I further grant to the SCN and its representatives the permission to use, exhibit, display, publish, broadcast and distribute these images and recordings for the purpose of promoting and documenting the conference. This permission is granted solely for the use related to the promotion and delivery of the First Nations Trade Sovereignty Conference.
