  • Reschedule Terms

    1. Requesting a change in review date will also result in the document submission deadline changing to 11am the business day prior to the review date.
    2. We cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate your requested date. This will be confirmed upon receipt of your request.
  • Cancellation Terms

    1. Cancellation may be subject to a fee ($115 + tax minimum) as per the contract terms.
    2. If the review has already begun, you may also be charged for the time spent at our hourly rate.
    3. If a cancellation fee does apply, that may be discounted from your next review, if completed within the next 90 days. Please advise us at the time of requesting your next review to ensure the credit is applied.

    Explanation: The cancellation fee is intended to cover our cost of intake, not as a revenue stream. Specifically, it covers the time involved to sort the recieved documents. If no documents have been provided or sorted, the cancellation fee may not apply
