We are pleased that you will be attending the CAA & PTC Annual Meeting at The Boca Raton. As you may know, this year’s Annual Meeting will take place at The Boca Raton, since The Breakers, our usual venue, is undergoing renovations. The Boca Raton is a well-established Florida resort that combines traditional style with modern amenities. With outstanding dining, stunning ocean and beach views, and plenty of activities, including comfortable places to unwind with a cigar, it is the perfect setting for our board and member meetings, time to connect, and a chance to relax and recharge.
The event begins on Thursday, November 20. Registration will be open from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM in the CAA Welcome Area, located in the hallway of Addison Preassembly.
We encourage you to visit our website and navigate to the Annual Meeting page in our member portal. Please note that you’ll need a member account to log in. If you don’t have one yet, feel free to reach out to us. Our team can help you set it up in just a few minutes. There, you will find:
- A summary itinerary (available to view online or download).
- Helpful information about the annual meeting.
- Details on The Boca Raton’s accommodations and amenities.

Registering for the Annual Meeting
We ask that you complete this form by September 15. The registration period will close after this date, and no additional submissions will be accepted.
Before submitting your registration, you may review or make changes at any time:
- Use the “Back” button at the bottom of each page to return to previous sections.
- Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
- At the end of the form, use the “Review Your Answers” button to double-check your responses and make any final edits.
- Once everything is complete, you may submit your registration.

Our 14-day Room Reservation Cancellation Policy
Room reservations at The Boca Raton require a deposit equal to one night's stay and are subject to a 14-day cancellation policy before November 20. If you cancel after November 5, your full room deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining reservation costs will still be due. We appreciate your understanding of the 14-day room reservation cancellation policy.
