    We are pleased that you will be attending the CAA & PTC Annual Meeting at The Boca Raton. As you may know, this year’s Annual Meeting will take place at The Boca Raton, since The Breakers, our usual venue, is undergoing renovations. The Boca Raton is a well-established Florida resort that combines traditional style with modern amenities. With outstanding dining, stunning ocean and beach views, and plenty of activities, including comfortable places to unwind with a cigar, it is the perfect setting for our board and member meetings, time to connect, and a chance to relax and recharge.

    The event begins on Thursday, November 20. Registration will be open from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM in the CAA Welcome Area, located in the hallway of Addison Preassembly.

    We encourage you to visit our website and navigate to the Annual Meeting page in our member portal. Please note that you’ll need a member account to log in. If you don’t have one yet, feel free to reach out to us. Our team can help you set it up in just a few minutes. There, you will find:

    • A summary itinerary (available to view online or download).
    • Helpful information about the annual meeting.
    • Details on The Boca Raton’s accommodations and amenities.

    Registering for the Annual Meeting

    We ask that you complete this form by September 15. The registration period will close after this date, and no additional submissions will be accepted.

    Before submitting your registration, you may review or make changes at any time:

    • Use the “Back” button at the bottom of each page to return to previous sections.
    • Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
    • At the end of the form, use the “Review Your Answers” button to double-check your responses and make any final edits.
    • Once everything is complete, you may submit your registration.

    Our 14-day Room Reservation Cancellation Policy                                                                                      

    Room reservations at The Boca Raton require a deposit equal to one night's stay and are subject to a 14-day cancellation policy before November 20. If you cancel after November 5, your full room deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining reservation costs will still be due. We appreciate your understanding of the 14-day room reservation cancellation policy.

  • The Spa Registration

    Spa appointments are being offered on Friday, November 21 and Saturday, November 22 for registered members and their spouses or guests. The Spa Palerma at the Boca Raton will provide a 50-minute massage treatment. The 50-minute massage treatment is the only spa option that CAA if offering this year. Guests may enjoy full-day access to Spa Palmera’s amenities, including restorative baths, whirlpools, steam rooms, saunas, lounges, and outdoor terraces, from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM after their massage.

  • There are a limited number of spa massage appointment slots for each date and time listed below. We strive to accommodate your first choice for a spa appointment. However, in case it is not available, please select three choices from the dropdown lists below.

  • Golf Event Registration

    Location: Harborside Golf Course, The Boca Raton (walkable from our meeting space and rooms)

    Join fellow members and guests to enjoy a relaxed afternoon of connection and casual competition at the Harborside Golf Course.

    Event Details:

    * Meet-Up Time: Please arrive at the golf course by 12:30 PM. Tee times will follow shortly after.

    * Lunch: A complimentary box lunch will be provided by CAA at the course. Complimentary soft drinks and snacks will also be available from the beverage cart for our group during play.

    * Event Fee: Includes a group discount subsidized by CAA.

    * Club Rentals: Available at an additional charge (payable at the course).

  • Pickleball Event Registration

    Location: Harborside Racquet Club, The Boca Raton (a short walk from meeting spaces)

    Join fellow members and guests for a relaxed, friendly afternoon on the newly upgraded pickleball courts—Friday, November 21, from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM. All skill levels welcome—no experience needed!

    Event Highlights:

    *  Start Time: Arrive by 1:30 PM for a 15-minute clinic led by a pro instructor.

    * Fee: $75 per person (CAA is covering half of the $150 total cost).

    *  Gear: Racquets provided.

    *  Capacity: 30 participants max.

    * Refreshments: Courtside bar with drinks/snacks for purchase.

    *  Extras: Lighthearted trophy awards given out at our Saturday night reception like Best Rally, Team Spirit & Most Enthusiastic!

  •  Photo Release and Consent

    At CAA, we’re proud of our members and the vibrant community we’ve built together. To help tell our story and showcase the strength of our association, we occasionally capture moments from our events. With your permission, we’d like to use photos or videos from the annual meeting to highlight our work, share our impact, and promote the industry in a positive light.

    Consent Statement

    • I grant the Cigar Association of America (CAA) permission to use my likeness in photos, videos, or other digital media in any of its publications, including online and social media, without compensation.

    • I understand these materials become the property of CAA and will not be returned. I authorize CAA to edit, use, and distribute them for any lawful purpose. I waive the right to inspect or approve the final product or receive any royalties or other compensation.

    • I release and hold harmless CAA from any claims related to the use of my likeness.

  • Register for Events and Activities 

    Please note:

    • Your member registration may include one accompanying guest.
    • The total registration fees cover the General Registration Fee for both you and your guest, as well as the applicable costs for the Friday and Saturday events and activities you and your guest choose to attend.
    • This year, we are hosting a special brunch exclusively for the registered spouses and guests of CAA and PTC board members on Friday, November 21 at 11:00 AM, to be held concurrently with the CAA board meeting. Each registered spouse or guest will receive an RSVP invitation via email shortly after submitting the registration form.

    Registration, Event, and Activity Fees:

    • General Registration Fee: $1,600 per CAA Member, plus $550 for an accompanying guest.
    • Thursday Welcome Reception: Complimentary
    • Friday Chairman's Reception & Dinner: $450 per person
    • Saturday Cocktail Reception: $275 per person
    • Saturday Golf Outing: $250 per person (includes lunch; CAA discounted rate)
    • Spa Massage Treatment: $220 per person (CAA discounted rate)
    • Pickleball Group Activity: $75 per person (CAA discounted rate)

    The total amount due to the Cigar Association will be listed in the "Total Registration Amount Due" field in the last column of the table below.

  • Cancellation and Refund

    Please note that refunds for registration cancellations will not be issued after October 15, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances. Payments to CAA can be made via check, ACH payment, or wire transfer.
