  • Recurring Bates-Hendricks Dues and Donations

    Hi neighbors, businesses, and partners! Please use the following form to set up your recurring dues payment and/or donation. Dues are charged on an annual basis starting on April 1st and ending on March 31st. Dues paid throughout the year are applied to the current fiscal year. Membership dues are essential to a functioning neighborhood association and cover our costs each year for green space maintenance, insurance, permitting, supplies for events, and more. Dues are subject to increase with appropriate notice given to the membership. All payments include an online service fee of 2.6% and $0.10. If you'd prefer to pay in-person, dues are $10 and $25, respectively, payable at a monthly neighborhood meeting or other major event.

    Annual Membership + Annual Donation to BHNA Set up an annual donation in addition to your membership dues. Donations help support the neighborhood's mission of advocating for the needs of the community, neighborhood beautification, community-building, and economic development. Any dollar amount may be entered, but the total annual amount must come to more than $10.36 (household) and $25.75 (business) to account for any additional donation amount.
