Cancellations to our digital inventory must be made 21 days in advance of the ad date. Our digital inventory is limited and products are taken out of inventory as soon as you confirm your order, thus we require a three week notification (from publication date) for any cancellation of a digital product. This gives us time to try to resell that product. Any cancellations after that deadline will be charged for the ad buy.
