Have you noticed if this has been happening on a specific page? Also, can you try cloning your form and not connecting it to the AI Agent when testing so that we can isolate if this behavior has something to do with the connected AI agent? We have a guide here on How to Clone an Existing Form From Your Account.

Once we know more about what’s going on, we can figure out the fix.
