Account Access: Unable to Reset Password Due to Inactive Old Email After Company Acquisition

    Hello, my company, senior health and education partners, was acquired by Curana Health in February 2025. We no longer have access to our emails associated with the acquired business. As a result, I am not able to reset the password. It is sending the link to my old email address, which is no longer active. C***bs@sh***ar***rs.com. Please advise. Thank you.

    Hi Carol,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked our system but there's no account associated with your email address. If you can share with us the link to one of your forms, we can help you track what email address is associated with your account, then you can fill out the Account Recovery form to recover access to it.

    Once we hear back from you, we can help you sort this out.
