Account Management: Updating Contact and Billing Information after Employee Departure

    We have an account with you-Invoice 2025-10-17 Katherine Briefs RenUSA. Katherine has left RenUSA and I need to update our contact and billing information. Can someone please contact me or email instructions to Katherine's email. Kat***ne@r***sa.org, thank you.

    Thanks for reaching out to us. We can help you recover the account by changing its registered email address to amber@renusa.org. To proceed, please provide the following information for verification purposes:

    • Name as it appears on the card
    • Last 4 digits of the card
    • Expiration date
    • Brand (Visa, Amex, etc.)
    • Amount charged
    • Screenshot of the charge taken from your statement

    If paid via PayPal, please provide the PayPal email address along with the other information asked above.

    Thank you-I need the email address changed to Kate@renusa.org (Kate Peters
    will be the primary on the account).
    Name on the card: Katherine Briefs, AMEX, last four digits 2108, amount
    charged $39. I do not have her expiration date as the card has been
    destroyed. Below is a screenshot of the charge.
