Now, coming back to your question, it seems that some of your screenshots didn’t come through on our end—could you try resending them? In the meantime, I’ve checked your account’s email logs and confirmed that the password reset instructions were successfully sent to your email address. Could you try checking your Spam or Junk folder? As messages can occasionally be filtered there by mistake.
