How to change the form name that appears when sharing the form?

i edited the name on a form but it still shows the old name when sharing

If you edited the form name but it still shows the old name when sharing, it might be because the page title hasn't been updated. To fix this, go to your form's Settings tab, select Show More Options, then scroll down to Page Title and enter your preferred title.
