How to change the form name that appears when sharing the form?

when sharing on facebook it still shows the old name of the form when sharing it

You also need to change the Page Title that appears on the browser tab or when sharing to a Social Media platform. We'll edit the Page Title in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Now, click on Show More Options to expand the Form Settings.
3. Scroll down and enter the title to be displayed on pages in the Page Title section.
