I'm sure it's user error, but... I understand [now] that all Jotform fields need to be mapped to a field in ClickUp. I've got most of mine mapped and everything is working well... except for files. I have two file fields in my Jotform, but I can't see how to map them to ClickUp. I've tried attaching a number of files, but nothing shows up in ClickUp. Like I said, I'm sure it's an easy fix... but I thought I'd reach out.

Quick update. I figured out how to map the files, but... I have a follow-up question.
Is it possible to have multiple file fields within the same form? Example. While 90% of our tickets will only be for one team... a few will involve multiple teams. What I'd like to do [if possible] is have a File Upload field in one section, then another, and then another on top of that [since each team is looking for something different].If not, no worries. Just curious if it's possible. If so... how, because I don't see the ability to map file fields.
Thanks, in advance.

Hi Thomas,
I've checked your form ClickUp integration settings and saw that you're able to attach the File Upload fields properly. I’ve gone ahead and moved your other question to a separate thread to keep things tidy, and someone from our Support Team will help you out with it here.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
