I have multiple styles and size options on my T-shirt order form. How can I create a list of all the different styles and the sizes that were ordered for each style of shirt that was ordered?

Hi David,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:
To create a list of all the different T-shirt styles and sizes ordered for each style, you can use the Create Sub Products from Options feature in your Product List. This allows you to turn size options into sub-products under each style, making it easier to track orders by style and size.
Here’s how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click on your Product List field, then click the Shopping Cart icon.
- Hover over the product (style) you want to configure and click the Pencil icon.
- Under the Options tab, add your size options and toggle Create Sub Products from Options to ON.
This setup will help you generate detailed order reports showing each style with its respective sizes ordered.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
Best regards,

Hi David,
What you can do is add the Review Before Submit widget, so users can check their orders before submitting the form. Let me show you how to add it to your form:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button.
2. Go to the Widgets Tab, then search for Review Before Submit Widget, then drag it to your form.

Hi David,
Can you explain a bit more about what you're trying to do, so I can help you better? Note that even if your form is expired and you cannot make changes to it, you can still view and organize all submitted orders in Jotform Tables.
All submitted orders are stored here in a tabulated format, allowing you to see each submission with all the details including styles and sizes ordered. You can View Your Form Submissions from the Jotform Tables page in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:
- On your My Workspace page, check the box next to the form you want to view submissions for.
- Then, in the menu on the upper-left side of the page, click on Submissions to see all the submissions for that form in your Tables.
1. On your My Forms page, select the form that you want to create a report for.
2. Click on Reports at the top of the page, and then click on Add New Report.
3. Now, select Visual Report Builder, which will open Report Builder.
4. Enter a Report name and choose a Report Type.
5. Then, click on Create and that’s it. You’re done.
Keep us updated and let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi David,
You can try exporting your form submissions as an Excel file to help you easily tabulate all the quantities and sizes ordered.
If your form used the Product List field, the item details, like size and quantity, are stored in one column, so the best way to summarize totals is by opening the Excel file and using a pivot table or formulas to calculate how many of each item and size were ordered.
Let me show you how to download your submissions as an Excel file:
- On your My Forms page, select your form and click on Submissions in the upper-left corner next to the Create Form button. (This will take you to the form's Tables view.)
- In Jotform Tables, click on Download All on the upper-right side of the page and then select Download as Excel.
We also have a guide about How to Download Form Submissions as Excel/CSV/PDF that you can check out. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
