When I publish https://form.jotform.com/251748153973163, I see the following copy that I don't see on the "build" version:
"We polled visitors to our website and asked them to describe a good installer. Respondents used words like "mechanical," "analytical," "methodical," "ethical," "punctual," & of course, "professional."
Nobody chose "economical".
When asked of an installer's pace (pieces per hour), some respondents said it should be "fast" as long as the installation was accurate, while most said it should be "reasonable", as long as the installation was accurate. We understood.
With those responses mind, looking at past projects, calculating installation rates, taking notes of the settings, occupancy status, hardware, wall composition, piece sizes, elevations, and of course the number of pieces to be installed, including the time spent unpacking, staging, inventorying, placing the pieces at predetermined locations, completing pre- and post-installation walk-throughs, installing into drywall at predetermined elevations not requiring a ladder, leaving the work area cleaner than it was found, taking photographs of the completed project, with a day's worth of work packed into a Gaylord box, we propose the following installation rates to be "reasonable":
As a baseline:
- 9.5 pcs./hr. via saw-tooth hardware, depending on elevation;
- 7 via pcs./hr. via hook-to-wire, assuming consistent tautness of wire;
- 6.5 pcs./hr. via hook to D-ring, assuming consistent hardware placement;
- 6 pcs./hr. via "Corner Buddies";
- 4.5 pcs./hr. via 3-point t-screw hardware, depending on hardware placement;
- 4.25 pcs./hr. via 4-point t-screw hardware, depending on hardware placement;
- 1 to 4 acrylics/DiBond/BHF pieces, depending on the number of contact points, and whether a sealant/filler is used."

Hi Scott,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
It seems you are seeing unexpected text on your published form that does not appear in the form builder. This can sometimes happen due to caching or publishing issues.
Here’s how to address it:
- Clear your browser cache and reload the published form to ensure you’re seeing the latest version.
- Republish your form from the builder to update any changes.
- Check for any hidden fields or widgets that might contain this text and remove them if unnecessary.
If the issue persists after these steps, please review your form’s content carefully in the builder for any unintended text or elements.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Jotform Support -

Hi Scott,
Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? I cloned your form and was able to locate the section you’re referring to, it does appear in the Form Builder. Take a look at the screenshot below for reference:
This is a paragraph field. Is it supposed to be hidden when published?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

I still see the paragraph field that contains "We polled visitors to our website and asked them to describe a good installer. Respondents used words like "mechanical," "analytical," "methodical," "ethical," "punctual," & of course, "professional." which is suppose to be hidden by condition involving a multiple choice "show" command. When that command stopped working and the paragraph continue to be shown (it actually was shown twice, I completely deleted it from the BUILD view, but it still shows up in the PUBLISH view (https://form.jotform.com/252144925292155). I even deleted the multiple choice that controlled it from being seen. I still see it in the multiple clones I have created.

Hi Scott,
The paragraph field you're referring to may not have been fully removed from the form's backend, which is why it’s still appearing in the live view even after deletion. Try deleting the field again from the Build tab, then clear your form caches to refresh any lingering data. This guide will show you how to do that. Let me show you how:
- On your My Workspace page, click on your Profile Avatar on the top-right side of the page.
- In the menu that opens, click on Settings to open your Account Settings page in a new browser tab.
- Now, on the right side of the Form Caches section, click on Clear Cache.
In addition, we recommend clearing your browser cache. Sometimes, browsers hold on to outdated versions of your form, which can cause removed or updated content to still appear. Clearing the browser cache ensures you’re seeing the most current version of your form. I cloned the form and removed the paragraph field, and it no longer appeared in the live view. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I cleared all caches and even rebooted my computer, but I still see the paragraph section in the "publish" view. I cannot see it in the "build" view.

I signed out from within another browser, and it's fixed. Thank you.

Hi Scott,
Yes, signing out or switching browsers can sometimes help clear out cached data that interferes with updates. Feel free to reach out again if you have any questions or if we can help you in any other way.
