Hi dynamocrm,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked both forms in your account, and they are both loading correctly. Can you share the link to the form that you are trying to publish so I can check?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi dynamocrm,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see that you have already reached your 100 form fields limit. With the starter plan, note that you can only add up to 100 form fields. You can find more information about your account limits in our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi dynamocrm,
You can upgrade to at least the Bronze plan to get higher form field limits. You can also check out our Pricing and Features page to see the available plans and what each one includes. Upgrading your account is easy. Let me show you how:
1. Log in to your Jotform account, go to the Pricing page, and click on Upgrade under the subscription plan you want.
2. In the Choose Your Payment Schedule section, select Yearly or Monthly.
3. Then, enter your billing details in the Billing details section.
4. In the Choose your Payment Method section, select Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.
5. If you choose Credit/Debit Card, you can enter your Credit/Debit Card information below the Credit/Debit Card option.
6. Next, in the top-right corner of the page, in the Summary section, tick the box next to I’ve read and agree to the Terms of Service, and click on Pay.
But, if you select PayPal as the payment, a PayPal Payment window will open, where you can log in and complete your payment after clicking on the Pay with PayPal button. Check out this screenshot below:
After the subscription is successfully paid, the features and limits for the chosen subscription plan will be applied to your account right away.
If upgrading’s not an option for you right now, you can go through your form and remove any fields you don’t really need to help keep it under the 100-field limit.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.

Hi dynamocrm,
Since your form has around 345 fields, you can go with the Silver plan instead as it gives you up to 500 form fields per form. Once you upgrade, your forms will be enabled and you can start accepting new submissions again.
As for your question about sending form data to your Financial Cents account, I’ve created a new thread for that to make things easier to follow, and someone from the Support Team will help you with it here.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
