Trying to connect to the app AirTable... Will connect . but will not allow the correct airtable base. How do I correct that issue.
Is this a clear cache issue?

Hi Jim,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
It sounds like the issue with connecting to the correct Airtable base may be related to the access permissions during the integration process. When you authenticate your Airtable account in Jotform, you need to make sure to add and grant access to the specific base you want to use. If you re-authenticate later, you must select the same base(s) as before; otherwise, the integration might stop working properly.
Here’s how to correct it:
- Go to your form's Settings and then Integrations.
- Select Airtable integration and click Authenticate to log in to your Airtable account again.
- Add and grant access to the correct Airtable base you want to connect.
- Choose the desired base and table on the configuration page.
- Save your settings to apply the changes.
This issue is not typically related to clearing your browser cache but rather ensuring the correct base permissions during integration.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Jotform Support -

Hi Jim,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you’re unable to select the Airtable base you want to use when reconnecting the integration.
To resolve this, the best approach is to first remove the existing Airtable integration from your form, and then reintegrate your form with Airtable. This helps ensure a clean connection and allows you to reauthorize access to the correct base. Here's how:
First, remove the existing integration:1.In Form Builder, click on Settings.
2.Under the Integrations tab on the left side of the page, click on Airtable Integration.
3.Click on the three vertical dots, then click on Delete Action.
Then, reconnect the integration:
1.In Form Builder, click on Settings.
2.Go to Integrations on the left side of the page.
3.Search and select Airtable.
If you're still having issues after that, clearing your form cache might help. Here’s a guide on how to clear your form cache.
If the base still doesn’t appear, can you confirm whether you own that Airtable base or have the necessary access rights to it?Once we hear back from you, we’ll be able to help you further.

I’ve run into the same issue when trying to switch bases in an Airtable integration—it often defaults to the first authorized base. The fix for me was revoking access from the integration tool and reauthorizing with only the target base shared. Some platforms also require re-mapping all fields after switching bases, so double-check schema compatibility before reconnecting.

Hi Jim,
I checked your form’s Airtable integration action logs and saw the status marked as success, which confirms that the integration itself is active. However, when reconnecting, Airtable can sometimes default to the first base originally authorized, particularly if multiple bases were selected during initial setup.
To ensure you're using the correct base, it's best to revoke access to all previously granted bases and reauthorize Airtable with access to only the specific one you want to connect.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
