Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked your form and found that you're using the Image Upload Preview widget. Unfortunately, it's not possible to upload multiple images to the widget. It's a single-file widget. You'll need to add an Image Upload Preview widget for each image you want the form filler to upload.

I suggest that you add a File Upload element to the form instead if you want form fillers to upload multiple files. But, unlike the Image Upload Preview widget, it won't display the images on the form when uploading them. Adding a File Upload element to your form is really easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element at the top-left of your screen.
2. Now, in the Basic tab of the panel on the left, navigate to the File Upload element and drag and drop it into your form.
