Data Storage Still Full After Clearing Submission Data

    Hello,

    I have cleared my form submissions and purged the data from my JotForm account, but the system still shows that my storage is full. This issue occurs frequently, even after I properly clean up my database.

    Could you please verify and assist in resolving this?

    Hi Frederico,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have refreshed and recalculated your upload space, and it shows here that you're using 7.11 GB / 10.00 GB. Can you try to reload your account or log out, then log back in?
