I click the reset password and I get an email with a link to click to reset password. When I click the link, a new window pops up with nothing in it. No text, no pictures just blank. I'll attach a screen shot. I need to change password. I don't see anywhere in Jotform that I can change it there ether. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. This is a known issue, and it has been fixed now. I suggest resetting the password again for you to receive the new password reset email instructions.
