Please can you confirm why we have reached quota for this month? Is it the amount of forms received? The fact that theyre signed? Please confirm. Just so i can pick the best plan for us to sign up or are you having technical issues? Our patients are saying the form link we send them pops up with "form over quota"?
Please can you confirm by checking our history your end and confirming ASAP so we can get ball rolling & forms back up and running. Please also check that we can access the submissions from our patients to these forms from both email accounts or if only one can, see emails for both below

Hi Grace,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and can see that you reached the 10 Monthly Signed Document Usage Limit of a Starter plan account. If you want to continue receiving form submissions but still collect signatures, you'll have to disable the Jotform Sign Automation that generates a signed document after every form submission. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Jotform Sign on the left side of the screen.
- Toggle the Jotform Sign Automation button to OFF.
