I need to cancel our subscription.

    I need to cancel our subscription, as we are not using it and are not needing it any longer.

    Hi Monica,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and can see that you have already canceled your subscription. This means that the auto-renewal has been stopped, and you will no longer be billed moving forward. After the cancellation, your account will remain in the Silver plan for the period you paid for and will automatically downgrade to the Starter plan on the expiration day, 7/25/2025.
