How to create sub product options from product options?

Hello I am working on the form above to collect tshirt orders.

Each tshirt comes in 2 colors with multiple size options in Unisex, Women's, and Youth sizes.

I would like someone filling out the form to choose multiple size options (for example, 2 White Women's Mediums and 1 White Youth Small) in the same order. Can you advise how to set that up? Is there a different form template that would work better?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you'd like to allow your customers to select multiple of the same products with different sub options. We can do this with the Create Sub Products from Options option. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Form Builder, click on your Product List field and on the Wand icon next to it.
2. Next, click on the Pen icon over one of your products and click on the Options tab.
3. Under the Options tab, click on the Pen icon over the Size product option.
4. Enable the Create Sub Products from Options option and that's it.
